spirits boutique in Chicago. Tired of the
paralyzingly large selection at the coldly
impersonal big-box mega-stores, but not

Advanced Bartender candidate,
and has a passion for partaking
in and sharing the global
customs of all things
deliciously boozy through his
professional moniker as "The
Boozehound".
Jarran Conger - Chief
Steward: After years as a
service and banquet captain in
the restaurant business, Jarran
has joined the Drinks Over
Dearborn team to increase his
knowledge of beer, wine, &
spirits while still getting to
work with customers first-hand.
He is a CMS Certified Sommelier
candidate, and a graduate of
Master Mixologist Bridget
Albert's Academy of Spirits &
Fine Service.
Kyle has spent his entire career
working with adult beverages.
He is a CMS Advanced Sommelier
candidate, Cicerone Certified
Beer Server, US Bartenders Guild
Advanced Bartender candidate,
and has a passion for partaking
